NIHC is proudly sponsoring this exciting summit, hosted by the  NC State University Wilson College of Textiles that will cover innovations in industrial hemp fiber from seed to final product and standardization. It will feature a balance of hands-on activities, physical tours, expert speakers, and engaging discussions. We will also have a networking reception at a local brewery the night before the summit officially begins.

Speaker presentations and group discussions will center around the latest developments in hemp fiber technology and applications. Tours will take you through the hemp fiber journey from field, to hemp hurd processing, to decorticating and spinning and each aspect of textile processing.
